We use different materials to make objects

Materials have different characteristics: opaque or transparent – hard or soft – fragile or strong – flexible or rigid

Plastics can be hard or soft.

Leather is flexible and strong

Wool can be flexible and soft

Wood can be strong and hard

Metal can be strong and rigid

Glass can be transparent and fragile

To recycle, we put different materials in different bins

Is very important to do the 3R's rule
